الشروط والأحكام

 مرحبًا بكم في elya. من خلال الوصول إلى متجرنا أو الشراء منه، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of elyaofficialqa.com. elya reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

١. عام

 تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع زوار وعملاء موقع elyaofficialqa.com. تحتفظ elya بالحق في تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. elya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

٢. المنتجات

 جميع المنتجات تعتمد على توفرها. نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت. قد تختلف ألوان المنتجات قليلاً بسبب التصوير وإعدادات الشاشة. لا تتحملelya أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in QAR and are subject to change without notice. elya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs.

٣. الأسعار

جميع الأسعار مدرجة بالريال القطري وقابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق. تحتفظ elya بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال حدوث خطأ في التسعير.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. elya reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Customers are responsible for entering correct initials/details at checkout.

٤. الطلبات والدفع

 من خلال تقديم طلب، فإنك تؤكد أن جميع المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة. يجب إتمام الدفع وقت الشراء. تحتفظ elya بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب وفقًا لتقديرها. المنتجات المخصصة غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال البيانات أو التفاصيل بشكل صحيح عند إتمام الطلب.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Orders are typically delivered within up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase. elya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

٥. الشحن

 أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف. يتم تسليم الطلبات عادة خلال مدة تصل إلى ٨ أسابيع من تاريخ الشراء. لا تتحمل elya مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الجمارك. تنتقل مسؤولية الطلب إلى العميل عند التسليم.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging. elya reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Tailoring requests must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order and are subject to approval. Additional charges may apply. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and the returns process.

٦. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

 يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير ملبوسة ويتم إرجاعها في عبوتها الأصلية. تحتفظ elya بالحق في رفض أي طلب استرجاع لا يستوفي هذه الشروط. يجب تقديم طلبات التعديل خلال ٣–٧ أيام من استلام الطلب وتخضع للموافقة. قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية. يرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الاسترجاع لمعرفة التفاصيل الكاملة.

7. Custom Orders

Mystery Box purchases are final sale. The design and pattern are selected by elya and cannot be chosen by the customer. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind for abayas. For items with custom length specifications provided at checkout, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

٧. الطلبات الخاصة

 طلبات Mystery Box نهائية ولا يمكن استرجاعها. يتم اختيار التصميم والنقشة من قبل elya ولا يمكن للعميل اختيارها. كل قطعة فريدة ومميزة خاصة بالعبايات. بالنسبة للطلبات التي تحتوي على مقاسات مخصصة يتم إدخالها عند الشراء، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرجاعه بعد بدء التصنيع.
